Refund policy
At Print My Bricks, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase. In the case of damaged or incorrect items these must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items not returned in this condition may incur a restocking fee, or in some circumstances a refund maybe refused.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom items
- Items with damaged or missing tags or packaging
Return Process
- Contact us at hello@printmybricks.co.uk to start the return process.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all tags.
- Ship the items back to us using the service of your choice. We are unable to process a refund until the items have been received and have been inspected.
Please note that all shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
The customer remains responsible for returned items until they reach us. Print My Bricks is not liable for, nor obligated to issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We suggest using a recorded or tracked delivery service with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the items being returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Any refunds issued for returned items will be for the order value of the items returned minus any shipping charges. Print My Bricks does not refund any shipping costs for orders returned under any circumstances other than those listed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item. No shipping costs will be refunded during an exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund within the terms of this policy.
